Cell Boost™ products have an average shelf life of 2 years. However, the best before date can be found sides of the container with the batch number and production date.

Allergens

Cell Boost™ Formula X contain Marine Peptide Collagen; Marine Peptide Collagen are natural extracts from fish founds in the French Sea. Therefore, Formula X is not suitable for those with fish allergies.

What dosage is right for me?

We highly recommended our customers to have 10g ( 2 tubes ) of Cell Boost™ Formula X in the early morning before breakfast for at least in the first 21 days. This will increase the effectiveness of regeneration for skin, hair & nail. After 21 days, your body is used to boost up the rate of regeneration for skin, hair & nails therefore you can choose to continue with 10g (2 tubes) everyday to maximize the result or you can choose to take 5g (1 tube ) of Cell Boost™ Formula X afterwards.

However, if you decide to take 5g ( 1 tubes ) of Cell boost™ a day in the first 21 days, you’ll still be able to notice your skin will be more hydrated & regeneration of hair and nail but in a slower rate.

What happens if I stop taking Formula X?

If you stop taking Cell Boost™ Formula X regularly, the rate of regeneration of your skin, hair, nails will revert back to its natural rate.

However, your skin, hair, nails will still has better condition before you start consuming Formula X.

Is Formula X Vegan?

No. This is because Cell Boost™ Formula X contains Marine Peptide Collagen which source from fish from the French seas.

Yes, absolutely! 

But we cover all the delivery fee within Malaysia, so it won’t cost you extra either we deliver it together or separately.

Orders and Shipping

Product Availability

We work hard to make sure our products are in stock and ready to deliver to you. However, product availability can be fluctuate at times. If an item you’d like to purchase is out of stock, you will have the opportunity to enter your email address to be notified when the product is available again.

Can I track my order?

For the majority of countries we ship to, we use a premium postage carrier with full online tracking services available. If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking link as soon as it becomes available from the shipping carrier.

Please keep in mind that although Cell Boost™ ships all orders out within 24 business hours, shipping carriers often do not provide tracking links for 24-48 hours from dispatch.

I haven’t got my confirmation Email and /or shipping Email ?

Our order confirmation and shipping emails are sent out automatically.

They are emailed to the email address used at checkout. Often customers forget their PayPal is linked to an old email address – please be sure to check your PayPal email if you believe you have not received the email linked to your order.

 

Additionally, please remember to check your Junk or Spam folders as a small percentage of our emails can end up there. If this is the case, please make sure you move (Cell Boost™ Email) to the approved list within your email inbox.

Does Cell Boost™ offer free shipping ?

Yes. We offer free shipping to both West & East Malaysia.

We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but shipping delays can occur for reasons out of control such as busy holiday periods and extreme weather conditions. Should your order be delayed, we appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact (Cell Boost™ Email) for any queries you may have.

International Shipping

For international customers we do not offer free shipping or responsible for import customs, duty or taxes. Therefore, international customers are responsible for shipping fees, import customs, duty or taxes.

What is the Cell Boost™ delivery options?

Depending on your location and the weight of your shipment, Cell Boost™ may offer a couple of different shipping services. For Malaysia, we ship via (Poslaju) while for most international destinations we offer (DHL Express and Global Mail). (Global Mail) is a delivery service that delivers your Cell Boost™ products to your country via (DHL) and then it is passed on to your local postal service provider to deliver your package to your door, e.g. USPS for the USA, Canada Post for Canada and Royal Mail for the UK.

What is Cell Boost™ delivery time?

There is a 1-2 business day processing time on all orders. For Malaysia customers, once your order is shipped please allow 1-3 business days. For international orders, the shipping time is displayed in the shipping section at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facility in Malaysia.

What if I received the wrong items?

If for any reason you have received the incorrect product (s) in your order, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging the incorrect item(s).

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) before we issue a replacement or exchange. In returning the goods to us, we will cover all transport costs.

My item was damaged during transit, what do I do?

If for any reason your product(s) are damaged upon receiving them, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with new product(s). Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing the damaged good(s).

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) before we issue a replacement or exchange. In returning the goods to us, we will cover all transport costs.

Returns & Refunds?

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note all return requests must contact (Cell Boost™ Email) within 1 weeks of receiving your order.

Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.

If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.

Where is my refund?

Once we have approved a refund, it will go back onto the same payment method you used to complete the purchase.

Please note, it can take between 3-14 business days for the refund to be cleared by your bank. This timeline is entirely out of our control and is managed by your financial institution.

How do I check my status of my order?

 You will receive an Order Confirmation email that will give you the most up to date status of your order. If you do not receive these emails, it’s either because the email is landed in your spam folder or you have provided an incorrect email address during checkout. Once you receive the Shipping Confirmation email you’ll be able to follow the link in the email to track your shipment.

However, feel free to contact our customer service for any queries you may have.

My tracking hasn’t updated, what do I do?

It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to update once you have been sent the shipping confirmation email. If you have not received any updates to tracking after 5 business days, then please contact us for assistance.

How do I track my global mail order once it arrives in my country?

Once your order has been passed on to your local postal provider please look for the tracking code under ‘Delivered by Postal Provider’ on your (DHL) tracking page. This tracking code can be used to track your parcel through your local posts online tracking*, for example; if you’re in the US visit USPS online tracking, for all orders from Canada visit Canada Post online tracking and if you’re from the UK visit Royal Mail online tracking.
